Text Extract: “I confirm that the above named student is studying at the University of York between the above dates. The information detailed above is correct to the best of our knowledge and corresponds with the information held on the University's Student Records system. Based on your student record the tuition fee for 2024/5 is £23,900.00.”

This version introduces a false tuition fee of £23,900.00, despite the fact that Chevening had already paid this amount under the unconditional offer signed and confirmed by Rebecca Harrington on 8 August 2024.

This omission indicates that the Biometric Residence Permit was canceled earlier, despite the fact that Sofonie was at the time residing at Wentworth Student Accommodation on campus.

 At the time when the hidden crime was revealed, Jen Wotherspoon — instead of showing humility, admitting her wrongdoing, and attempting to repair the damage — became increasingly aggressive, abusive, invasive, and oppressive. She began committing new serious and minor crimes, launching a criminal campaign to expel the victim from her residence. She repeatedly sent people to intimidate and invade the accommodation during Sofonie’s absence. From March 2025 until her final day in the UK on 22 August 2025, Sofonie Dala was attacked daily by malicious and racist individuals, left without assistance, and oppressed under the control of Jen Wotherspoon, who misappropriated her funds.
