To Whom It May Concern,

I am issuing this public notice to clarify and assert my full ownership over the content I create and publish. I have been the target of envious, unethical individuals who are attempting to interfere with and exploit my work. These individuals may include anyone—teachers, directors, common workers, student, program officers, scholarship representatives, or people pretending to support me. Let it be known: I am the sole creator, owner, and representative of my platform.

This platform was founded by me, and it features content that I produce independently. I am the main subject of my work—not out of ego, but because this platform represents my professional, personal and creative journey. I do not work under any contract, and I am not paid by any organization to produce my content. Every decision regarding my work is made by me alone.

Unfortunately, there are people who have been falsely claiming to work with me or represent me. These individuals are following me, invading my privacy, and deceiving others. They are not just envious—they are actively committing fraud by misusing and redistributing my work without permission. Some are even publishing my content elsewhere or showing it to others in an attempt to take credit or gain money. This is criminal behavior, and it must be stopped.

Please understand:

• I have not hired anyone to promote, distribute, or manage my content.

• Anyone claiming to be affiliated with me in such a way is doing so fraudulently.

• If you have given money to such people, you have unfortunately been a victim of fraud as well.

There was even a time when my phone was hacked, and some of my personal materials were accessed and misused by people that I even don’t know and people I once trusted—some from academic or public institutions. These acts were a serious violation of my privacy and intellectual property rights.

Let this notice serve as a warning:
I, Sofonie Dala, am the founder, creator, editor, and publisher of all the content associated with my platforms. I started my hard work in 2020, in Angola. Any unauthorized use or distribution of my work is illegal and must be reported immediately.
